CS Department Completes Major Overhaul of the Curriculum

The department has recently completed a major revision of the Computer Science curriculum which you can view in the new bulletin entry for Computer Science. or by perusing the Academics section of this website.

The MA Program in Computer Science and IT Entrepreneurism Launches this Fall

This fall we are launching the new MA in Computer Science and IT Entrepreneurism program which has started accepting students. This innovative program extends our traditional MA in Computer Science with a 4 course sequence in Entrepreneurism in which the students develop prototype software for a new IT business and create a business plan to support their software.

The MA Program in Computational Linguistics Admits 8 new students

This is also the second year of our MA in Computational Linguistics which has accepted 10 students for this Fall. The program will be offering several new graduate level courses in Computational Linguistics, many of which are open to the Computer Science students as well.
