Course
Description
In this course, we examine a variety of logical systems
that have proved useful for modeling intelligent behavior
and operations of formal reasoning in AI. These include:
propositional, first order, modal, temporal, linear, and
dynamic logics.
Grading
Information
Your grade for this class is based on several problem sets,
a programming assignment, an in-class exam, and class
participation. The breakdown is as follows:
Problem Sets - 50%
Programming Assignment - 20%
In-class Exam - 25%
Class Participation - 5%
Late
Policy:
Problem sets are due at the beginning of class unless
otherwise stated.
For each day your assignment is late, you will lose
5%.
No extensions will be granted on the due date without a
documented reason.
