Getting Prezi

We are trying Prezi for creating short presentations about the readings each class. You can use the free version of Prezi by following these instructions:

Sign up for Prezi

  1. Visit the Prezi signup page
  2. Click the "Get" button in the "Public" box (it says "Free" above the Get button)
  3. Provide your name and email address, choose a password, and click "Register"
  4. Go to your email inbox and click the confirmation link in the email from Prezi

Using Prezi

Start playing with the Prezi interface (it works through your web browser). You'll find that shortcut keys are labeled on the buttons in the upper-left-hand corner, which makes repetitive tasks easier. Instead of many pages like traditional presentation software, a Prezi is composed on a large canvas, linked together with paths.
