PRESENTATIONS

Presentations at the Technical Sessions:

There are no parallel sessions, all presentations in the technical sessions are made to the entire group. The conference room will have a LCD projector (standard XGA resolution of 1024 by 768); you must bring your own computer and laser pointer.


Presentations at the Poster Session:

The poster session is the central event of DCC, occurring on the afternoon of the middle day, with refreshments served.

You should plan to arrive two hours before the beginning of the poster session to set up your presentation. Each presenter is provided a 4 foot wide by 3 foot high space on which to place with thumb tacks descriptions of their work, diagrams, photographs, charts, etc. Although we try to provide thumb tacks, to bne safe, please a supply of your own. There is also limited space to set up demos involving small workstations; you are responsible for bringing these items.
