A block of rooms has been reserved at the Courtyard Marriott for $149/night under the name First Workshop on Unified Linguistic Annotation. Reservations must be made by February 5th.
The Westin and Courtyard hotels are both about a 10 minute taxi ride away from Brandeis.

Marriott Boston Newton
2345 Commonwealth Ave
Auburndale, MA 02466
(617) 969-1000
Cost: $209-$239

The Marriott Boston Newton is about 5 minutes away from Brandeis via taxi.

Getting to the hotels:
None of the hotels located near Brandeis have shuttle service to or from Logan Airport. The easiest way to reach the hotels is to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, which will cost around $40-$50.
The cheaper but longer way is to take the Logan Airport shuttle to the Airport Station stop on the Blue subway line. From there, get on the blue line going towards Bowdoin (make sure to get on going the right direction), and get off at the Government Center stop. From there, go up the stairs and get on a Green D line train. Take that train all the way to the end (Riverside station). From there, catch a taxi to your hotel--it'll be from 5-10 minutes. Total fare: $10-$15, time: 90 minutes

The MBTA is Boston's public transportation service and will probably be able to help you plan your trip if you want to stay at hotels other than the ones listed.
