The jscheme webapp of this Jetty server uses the mysql driver
  webapps/jscheme/WEB-INF/lib/mysql-connector-java-2.0.14-bin.jar
which is covered under the GPL licence. To conform with that
license, the Jscheme webapp of this Jetty server is offered 
under the GPL licence. You can use this driver commercially if
you obtain a commercial licence from mysql, details at:
