Suggestions for responding to messages

· The system may provide actions that can be taken after seeing a message in addition to the standard ones (“reply”, “forward”, “delete”, etc.)

· It provides a suggested reply type for specific message, thus providing the responder with the appropriate template automatically

· It may also provide suggested response actions
