based on 1" squares,
where the print is at 85% scale for both the tray and pieces.
A small tolerance T is added to the space for pieces sliding between the two fixed squares or between a fixed square and the wall (the tray cavity is 4+2T by 4+2T).
Pieces should slide smoothly without excess play.
Setting T = .02 provided a reasonable compromise for good fit
for the printer used.
However,
if the fit is too tight or loose,
the pieces can be scaled slightly.
For example if the tray is printed at scale 85%:
Scale pieces to 84.6% to add .005" more space or 85.4% for .005 less.
Scale pieces to 84% to add .01" more space or 86% for .01 less.
Scale pieces to 83.3% to add .02" more space or 86.7% for .02 less.

for non-profit uses
(e.g. ctrl/click on a Mac).
The tray can be one print,
the two keepers assembled to a second print,
the four Nite (or Ride) pieces can be assembled into a third print,
and the four Days (or Walk) pieces can be assembled into fourth print.
Different colors can be used for each print.
