Early Arrivals and Stayovers: If you wish to arrive early or stay late,
you may pay for additional nights in lodging by the night. The cost per
night of extra housing is:
Single room rate: $49.00/person/night
You can only pay for additional nights in conjunction with the housing
package. In order to stay on campus, you must purchase the package. There
are no refunds for shorter stays.
Stanford University requires a $70 key deposit for each set of key(s) issued. This deposit is refundable as long as the key(s) are returned to the Field Office by check-out time. This deposit is payable to Stanford at check-in time and is payable by Mastercard, Visa, check or cash.
Please complete the attached housing application and return it to GP-97, c/o AAAI, 445 Burgess Drive, Menlo Park, CA 94025. Payment can be made by check, Mastercard, Visa or American Express. Please make your check payable to AAAI. Refund requests must be made in writing. The deadline for refund requests is June 13, 1997. A $50 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.
